While we are excited to see the sun set on 2020 and enter into a new year, we are thankful for the opportunities presented to us this past year. Despite the challenges of COVID-19, we at Eaton Roofing & Exteriors were able to work continuously throughout year and we have our customers to thank for that.
We are extremely grateful for all of our skilled, loyal and dedicated employees. The tireless effort they put in day in and day out allowed us to accomplish much in 2020.
We Worked Hard
Our team served 209 cities across the state of Kansas. That’s 72 of the 105 counties. We responded to over 3500 leads and over 1500 service calls. These leads generated over 2000 roofing jobs and 400 exterior jobs. Our service department signed over 400 total contracts and repaired or inspected around 200 warrantied jobs. Our crews also got to work! They installed over 62,000 roof squares, used over 2,880 boxes of coil nails, and 2,400 plastic caps.
We Stayed Safe
We faced some unique challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Under normal circumstances, roofers are easily able to complete an estimate a few different ways. We are big believers in relationships, so we always prefer meeting face to face to review estimates and inspections, but we made space for virtual estimates and digital delivery. This allowed us to get an estimate of your roofing project without coming in contact with anyone, keeping the customer and our employees safe.
We Gave Back
At Eaton Roofing & Exteriors, our team believes strongly in supporting and giving back to the communities that keeps us in business. This year, we were fortunate enough to help many organizations including the Ronald McDonald House, Boys & Girls Club of Southwest Kansas, the Cancer Council of Reno County, and St. Jude Children’s Hospital. We hope 2021 provides us with the same, if not more opportunities to give back.
As 2020 comes to a close, we want to offer one final thank you to all who have supported the Eaton Roofing & Exteriors family and we wish you nothing but joy and happiness in 2021!
