Before joining the roofing world, he worked in precision machine shops where he drafted blueprints for complex projects, including industrial tank silos—giving him a strong foundation in structural detail and design. At Eaton Roofing & Exteriors, James is dedicated to delivering high-quality service and clear communication, guiding clients through every step of their project with professionalism and care. Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his large family of six (soon to be eight when the twins arrive), traveling, fishing, and gaming with his kids.
